Our Story
Empowering Teams. Transforming Inclusion.
Inclusion Pathway was founded by Ghazala Malik, a UK-qualified teacher with over a decade of classroom and leadership experience, including roles as a SENDCO and inclusion lead. Throughout her career, she saw first-hand how the right culture transforms outcomes — not only for children and adults with additional needs, but also for the professionals who support them.
Driven by a passion for change, Ghazala brought together a team of UK-qualified teachers, SEND specialists, and accredited leaders to design training that is practical, empowering, and transformative. What began as a mission to improve inclusion in schools has evolved into a consultancy that now supports organisations across sectors — from education and cultural institutions to care providers, financial services, and local government.
Today, Inclusion Pathway is proud to partner with clients across the UK and internationally, helping them move beyond compliance towards genuine inclusion — shaping services, workplaces, and communities where diversity is valued and barriers are removed.
